What about AI assistants, LLMs and RAG?
An LLM can explain or draft. RAG supplies documentary passages. A generated answer, even with sources, is not sufficient to demonstrate that obligations were met. An AI-based solution may also include checks and logging: those are the mechanisms to examine.
At NELSE too, rules, fact quality and check coverage must be validated. A reproducible result is not automatically legally correct.
